The materials are sturdy & well made. The hardware was all there however one of the magnet pieces that holds a cabinet door closed was ill made causing the magnet piece to come loose when door is opened/closed. The stand looks beautiful & will serve its purpose while sitting nicely in the living room as a new piece of furniture! Now all I need is the TV I ordered a week ago but is still in Illinois.
